One flat price per workspace or server, paid yearly or monthly. No per-seat fees and no member limits.

Komms is priced per workspace or per server, never per person. Every plan includes unlimited members and unlimited messaging under fair use. Plans differ by storage, file transfers and features.

Community Plus adds priority support. Large communities get help moving from their current platform and onboarding for moderators.

## Yearly or monthly

Every paid plan can be paid yearly or monthly. Paying yearly saves about 17%.

## No member limits

Team sizes are recommendations to help you pick a plan, not limits. Add as many people as you need.

## File transfers

File transfers (sending large files to people, with a link that expires) are **coming soon**. Until they arrive, files you share count towards your storage.

## Top-up packs

Need more room without changing plan? Storage top-up packs will be available on paid plans. Extra transfer packs are coming soon.

## Paying

- Paid plans are bought **on the web**, from your Komms account, by card.
- **Invoices** are available on Growth, Scale and Bespoke.
- The app itself is free. If you buy inside a mobile app, the price there may be higher, because app stores take a commission.
- Paying in **KAS** is coming soon.

## Fair use

Messaging is unlimited under fair use, to keep workspaces and servers free of spam and automated abuse.

## Files on every plan

- Each file can be up to **64 MiB** at launch.
- Files on free plans are kept for 12 months, on a rolling basis. Files on paid plans are kept for as long as the plan is active.
