This notice describes how we process information when you use https://komms.app and submit the interest form.
What we collect
- Waitlist: email address; optional role, social handle, and campaign source (e.g. UTM). We store this in our database to contact you about Komms.
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile processes a challenge in your browser to reduce spam; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Logs: our host may retain standard HTTP logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for reliability and abuse prevention.
Legal basis
We process waitlist data on the basis of consent (you opt in via the form). You can withdraw interest by contacting us; we will delete your record where required by applicable law.
Retention
We retain waitlist entries until they are no longer needed for outreach, unless a longer period is required by law.
