Fair question. Here's why Komms costs a fraction of the usual tools, and why that doesn't make it any less safe.
What does your subscription actually pay for?
So who runs the servers? Independent operators around the world, rewarded by the network for keeping Komms fast and reliable. Part of every subscription buys the network's token to repay the fees they cover.
Think ride-sharing: it uses cars people already own, instead of buying a fleet.
We want your business network to grow: your team, your clients, your suppliers and partners, all in one place, without hard caps or pay-per-seat restrictions. Each extra person costs us less than a cent, so we'd rather you invite everyone than count heads.

Every separate tool you pay for carries its own offices, sales team and profit margin. One app means you pay for one set of overheads, not seven.
Your files are encrypted on your own device before they're stored, so only your team can ever open them. They're then kept on a specialist storage network that costs about a quarter of what the big cloud companies charge, and we pass that saving straight on.
Encrypted, across the independent network, not on Komms' own servers. Only your team holds the keys to read it, and you can export your workspace archive whenever you like.
It's a newer way of building software. Most established tools were built around their own data centres and per-seat pricing years ago, and changing that would cut into their revenue.
