This notice explains how we handle information when you visit komms.app and when you sign up for early access. It covers this website only. The Komms app has its own privacy terms.

What we collect

• Early-access sign-ups. Your email address and, if it applies, your role (for example miner or investor), a handle you give us, and which page or button you signed up from. We use this only to contact you about Komms: early access, demos and launch news.
• Spam protection. The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a person. Cloudflare processes information such as your IP address and browser signals to do this, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we can use it

We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time and we'll remove your details.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up details until they're no longer needed to tell you about Komms, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
