Whitepaper#

Verifiable Infrastructure for Human and Agent Coordination, version 0.3. It covers the thesis, system model, incentive mechanism, business model, evidence register and the gates Komms must pass before mainnet. It describes the launch build and labels everything by how far along it is: shipped on testnet, in progress, specified or not claimed.
